Schaffer Sets NCAA Mark!Abby Schaffer recorded the top height ever in NCAA DIII history on April 23, 2012. Schaffer jumped 4.22 meters (13 feet, 10 inches) breaking the school record, the meet record, and the Landmark Conference record, which also qualified her for ECAC!

Robison Flying HighCongratulations to Rachel Robison who set a personal record and a school record of 11 ft on March 27th, 2012.
Layng: All American!Timmy Layng ranked seventh at the 2012 NCAA Division III Indoor National Championships as he tied the Moravian record he previously set of 16 ft 3 1/4 inches.He also won his first All American title in Iowa on March 9th.

PA State Champs PreviewVA heads to State College with nine athletes for the PTFCA Indoor State Champioships. A Vertical Assault vaulter holds the current PTFCA Girls Indoor state record (13'3/4").
VA Qualifies 15 to NJ MOCTwo group records, three group champions, and a host of medalists make up Vertical Assault's crew of athletes headed to MOCs. Vertical Assault athletes currently hold Girls State Group 1, 2 ,3, 4 and Non-Public B records, as well as the Girls MOC record.
Shih Flies! Congratulations to Catherine Shih, Vertical Assault's leader headed into the MOC Champs. Shih is to be joined by Myriah Sujansky this weekend near the top of the leaderboard.
