THE CLINIC
Saturday, March 17
10am-3pm.
$75
Camp fees include T-shirt, Lunch, and Take-home materials. Parents and coaches
are encouraged to attend. Each clinic will be limited to ensure learning and pit time. Please register early!

THE COACH
Karen Gaita is a certified USATF coach with over 15 years of experience. She has worked extensively with some of the regions best coaches and athletes. Coach Gaita is an NCAA Division II outdoor Champion, PR 6-2, a 4 time NCAA II All-American and is the Current Coach at East Stroudsburg University. She has coached numerous All-American athletes.

THE FACILITY
Vertical Assault currently operates out of the Competitive Sports Training Center in Bath, PA. Fully outfitted, the CSTC offers Vertical Assault’s High Jumpers two pitts,several drill stations, Powerlift™ lifting platforms, and specialized turf to train on.
