Vertical Assault announces its expansion into high jump and the upcoming HJ One Day Camps:

Saturday March 17th 10am-3pm

Should interest be high enough, we will be offering once-weekly HJ practices at the CSTC in Bath, PA during the spring.

FIRST CAMP WAS A SUCCESS!

VERTICAL ASSAULT: HJ's first one day camp was a resounding success with several athletes enjoying a day of learning, drilling, and jumping with coach Karen Gaita. We look forward to our second camp December 30th, and are planning a few more one day events. We hope that with time we will expand to once weekly practices at the Competitive Sports Training Center.
