Highlights: Despite a hiccup at the Meet of Champions, where her 11-6 vault put her in second, the Cornell-bound Toto was the state's most accomplished vaulter throughout the season. . . . Began the season with a meet-record clearance of 12-5 at the Bishop Loughlin Games and ended it with an Eastern States win soaring over an even 12 feet. . . . . In between, the All-Shore first-teamer from last spring captured Group III with a 12-foot vault as well. Toto reached a personal best of 12-6 at the Pole Vault Summit in Reno, Nev., before matching that height at the Varsity Classic |

Highlights: The only thing the Raider junior missed out on this season was winning the state championship. Friedman broke school and county records this winter, winning at the Skyland Conference Championships with her best jump of 11 feet, 8 inches. She finished in second place at the Group IV Championships and followed that up by placing third at the Meet of Champions. |
